Not true. The only way we have a shot at first overall pick is if we lose to Carolina.

Carolina had to give the lower of the two. The only way the Rangers would have ended up with first overall was if the CAR pick ended up 1st overall and the TOR pick ended up top 10.

That cannot happen now. So now the Rangers get whichever is lower.
