MLB is a joke though, they have no clue what they are doing. Literally even though the Marlins had 4 positive tests on Sunday morning the team texted each other that they should play anyway. MLB should have shut it down then.

I have faith other sports won't be as dumb as Baseball has been the last 5 months

Well, hockey players are wearing masks, so everyone should be safe.

I wouldn't be surprised if the Cup Finals don't take place due to illness. Invariably some players are going to test positive and not be able to play the same way flu or stomach bugs hit locker rooms.

How the heck did this happen? Seriously. Were the Marlins bobbing for apples in their clubhouse? Playing spin the bottle? What level of irresponsibility would allow this to occur? That is a key question, because if everyone was behaving and following protocol, this is even worse.

- jimbro83

Apparently the Marlins team was stuck on a bus together for almost 2 hours due to a problem at the airport. It is believed to be the cause of the outbreak...

I can tell you nothing on the Hallmark channel is my favorite, but if it gets me some action, I will pretend I love every movie on there.

We exposed our niece to Roadhouse on the weekend.
That led to a nice, spirited session between the wife and I. Told her we can watch Patrick Swayze flicks whenever she wants!!

Trying not to picture the role (roll for Chiefs) playing after watching a Hallmark movie.

Its one of those movies everyone loves. My gf loves that movie too. Kind of strange because woman usually don't find those movies enjoyable. Must have been Swayze with his shirt off for 1/2 the movie

Watched it a few weeks ago with my wife and she wasn't impressed.

Did you tell the wife that you used to (frank) girls like her when she was in prison?

Nah.

I think Canes in 4.

Rangers have the best forward at the moment, but I think their depth is going to be a problem. You can only keep Panarin on the ice for so long.

I also think the Rangers may be surprised by how physical the Canes are going to be. They're going to do what they did against the Caps and Isles. Identify which defenders aren't moving the puck quickly, dump it to their corner, and then hammer away.

I also think that the Canes have an edge with 5 players and a coach who all have cup rings. That along with the experience of last year should help.

End of the day while the Rangers have the horses to win the day on individual merit, I do not like their depth and it WILL be tested and tested early.

I can't argue with too much you point out.
I'm of the opinion that even if we get swept (which will not happen) this is an invaluable experience for the Rangers squad. Aside from injury, there is no downside for our young players, because we are not on a static trajectory. A quick exit from the playoffs will not be the norm.

But, I will say that when you talk about them being physical with dmen that hold the puck, I tend to think of Tony D, Trouba and Fox.
I'm ok with that.
Tony D will get nicely fired up by that, so I'll take our chances.
Anyone that wants to get physical with Trouba, be my guest. He is not the toughest around, but will exact a toll on his aggressors.
As for Fox, a sound strategy I have two thoughts on. One, first you have to actually lay the body on him. Second, Ryan Lindgren will not care how much he has to bleed to protect his partner!!

Less than 94 hours away!!!!!

I should have been more clear... they'll be looking to go after the guys who aren't all that fast so that they can either beat them to the puck or arrive at the same time the defender does with bad intent.

As always, goaltending is the great equalizer and you guys have a clear edge there.

Canes in 2. After the second loss the Rangers realize they can't hack it and head back to Sweden.

I mean New York.
