You just said the ANALYTICS community (which you are clearly a member of) considered Chayka's decisions to be insane.

Which decisions?
What made them insane?
You've spent years defending nearly every decision by Chayka - remember the day Domi for Galchenyuk went down and you declared it a huge win? You defended every trade, every contract, but now apparently the analytics community, which you are a big member of think Chayka was insane. So which decisions?

You supported Domi for Galchenyuk.
You loved the Kessel move.
You loved the Hall move.
You loved DeAngelo and a top 10 pick for Stepan and Raanta.
You loved the Keller contract.
And Schmaltz contract.
And Dvorak contract.

So what was insane then?

This is a hot mess. I cant wait for both sides to come out & tell the truth. Hockey is the best/worse about the information they give out. Get to the bottom of it & move on.

Who would have ever thought that putting an ice hockey team in the middle of the desert (without forcing every other team to give them players of actual value) would yield terrible results?

The reality is the Coyotees won't start winning until they start making real money and stop surviving on NHL handouts. They were hot garbage long before Chayka was hired.

And BTW, that release from the Coyotees was unprofessional.

My biggest issue was when they wrote "the greatest fans in the NHL," incorrectly using the plural form of "fan."

Greg, the Coyotes' fan, must be very upset by this.
