Nor Toronto & never will.

Wow. Don’t trash a place until you have been there. Very narrow minded. Toronto is great. Buffalo is the hell on Earth. I can say that because I’ve spent time there

Yes the initial plan is a quick buzz to the east coast & visit around around there a lot. Then a slower trip back home. Take about a month give or take we figure.

I'll tell you this much, i've lived in the maritimes for nearly 5 years now and have yet to make it to Newfoundland. I want to, but it's expensive and time consuming. A hasty trip would be 4 days, I think you would want a week dedicated to getting there and back.

If OJ gets some ice time, we'll have to rewrite the old arguments.

Honestly I hope he works out. I would never want to see a Canuck fail just to say I told you so. I wish him the best.

i think he will be an NHL player, just needs more time. He wont be top pair imo, but i still think he becomes a NHL regular

I hope he does work out. Injuries early in a career can really derail it. He has talent, just needs to find a role and grow into his potential.

I hear you. Just like my minority opinion of Podz, I want him to prove me wrong but I also wouldnt cry if his ceiling was an excellent 3rd liner.

Not trashing it we just don’t go to visit cities. We leave a big city to enjoy other things. Much depends on the nature of our trips & it’s not be among the masses.

He isn’t great. I tend to agree with your opinion. He will be a tweener that adds value but won’t drive play like most expect

I see a lot of Mottes hustle with obviously better hands and a bigger body. This team needs that.

I'll never claim he doesnt play in the top 6. Look at the parade of bottom sixers that Horvat plays with. Many of them are not considered top 6 players but Green loves their fore-check even though the play ends up being behind the net with a failed cycle way too often for me to call it a great strategy. Media calls it a shut down line... but their D game ends at Horvat's faceoff typically.

Lets be honest if you are down three goalies , you may as well go for Lafreniere.

I imagine you can’t have emergency call ups due to quarantine demands.

So. What’s more important positions to stack, D or Goalie?

If we have Demko or Domingue we are hooped so I am not sure you worry about going deep in goals.

with an expanded roster, i would think that most teams will bring 3. you only need 1 guy to tweak a groin or have cramps. and it's not about number 3 playing. you need someone to backup the new starter.

with games being played so quickly, 3 goalies would have been a given in my mind.

or am i misreading it and dipietro isn't their number 3?
