Knee jerker
Hypocrite
Pusher of false narratives
Projectionist

I can only pick one as my location so let me know.

In all seriousness though. The blog doesnt want to see this poop, and it's pretty disrespectful to Carol to continue on with this. Can we please just stop? I'll even let you get in the last word, but this poop has got to stop

Right, no Covid talk in this thread... unless you approve. You are getting too high on yourself.

I see you claim you answered my question but you didnt. You addressed some other part. It's ok not to have all the answers Codes. No need to make poop up.

Team travel lists of the 52 people headed into the EDM/TOR bubbles are due at 5ET. One name to watch for will be ARIZ GM John Chayka. Club says it is expected he will be included, but there appears to be some degree of uncertainty

Not surprising, Chayka has been a disaster

Yeah I think the Canucks will have a excellent core. I'm skeptical about some of those players making the team, where you have them in the line up and whether they'll still be Canuck property in 2 years.

Demko will be traded if Marky gets resigned and he will. I'm certain of that. Podz will most likely be a bottom sixer. Tryamkin Signed in Russia and will be a UFA soon after that contract expires so I think he'll be gone. Woo is iffy to be top 4 I think and possibly falling back to the point of being expendable with how our D is shaping up. TT is not affordable in my opinion. I'm 50/50 or less on him getting resigned.

Most top10 picks are projected for bottom 6 roles after 8 months of being drafted, it’s just super reasonable logic.

Travis Green says Micheal Ferland has always been a consideration to play against Minnesota to start the series, and he’s done enough to stay in that conversation. “He’s got a glimmer in his eye”

I remember when they both came in they were darlings of the NHL. I think the way the Leafs have handled the cap is smart but they made some bad decisions with contracts. Strong scoring but the back end is an adventure.

Nucker liked them.

I get that. I asked what Codes thinks... was not trying to convince him. Seeing him dismiss and mock an expert and avoid my question about what he thinks or knows about the claim about the severity of the illness in elderly people in Italy in recent weeks but I'll just assume the projecting and "you can believe what you want" narrative was an indication he knows nothing of it. Its not a big deal to admit that. It is hypocritical of him to dismiss experts without consideration though.

winky face

He read it and considered it. He just didn’t agree and expressed a lack of faith based on a lack of evidence. It’s not very expert of scientists to not provide rigorous evidence behind hypothesis. He didn’t do that in the thingy you shared. It’s all kind of straightforward.

Im not a big chayka fan, but every team in the NHL is investing big into analytical teams and information gathering. And they’d be fools not to. More preparation, less perspiration.

He's is super young in his draft class so I get that. I just don't see the natural offensive instincts. I'd love to be proven wrong. Canucks need more out of their top 10 picks.

Central scouting had them a top their list. I think he’s got slightly more skill than you’re thinking. Maybe even more than slightly.

I think he is exactly what Green is looking for in the top 6. His style will impact the shots against and also create chances at the other end with his bull like attacks on the net.

He did not address the part I presented to him.

The expert didnt write it. It was a MSN report. Funny how people confuse something that obvious.

I went and researched who he was and his credentials though. Something that Codes didnt do before he mocked him being an expert.

I also followed up and decided to see what WHO had to say. They say they see no evidence of this. So it sounds doubtful.

I posted this for discussion but Codes once again started with the "believe what you want narrative" and projections without actually knowing my opinion. He did this last time I posted a BCTV report. Even though I was informing someone that BC expert was not backtracking. I stayed polite but not a second time... (frank) that. He's been doing this to people lately.

Hi!

New blog is up, with notes from today's media availability ahead of Friday night's scrimmage.

Interesting to see that hub city personnel lists are due at 2 p.m. PT. Green did say that everyone would play tonight.

I really look forward to him and Bo. Both are stocky boys . Pearson might still be a line mate which I also see as a good fit.

Central Scouting are often wrong(why we end up with best player in draft occasionally) and not being much of a group thinker, I spice life up with some independent thinking once in a while.
