There were plenty of empty spaces.

I'm thinking that would be an interesting metric - see how much Green P Parking revenues have dipped during the pandemic. Would probably be a pretty neat graph.

Parking Enforcement only ticketed people at them (if they didn't pay) if they got a call complaining about the car.

For the most part, people didn't really pay for them at all during the pandemic.

His only hope is to maximize turnout from his base and hope that the enthusiasm level for is low enough for him to win in the key states he needs. He’s also going to try to suppress the hell out of urban voting and try to eliminate mail in voting. There’s actually a serious effort to eliminate funding for the postal service before the election which would obviously undermine mail in voting.
