More like lowered expectations for a human. If you followed the Republican primary or paid attention to what he has done in the administration, you’d be disgusted in him as a human being.

Whether he’s black or not is only potentially relevant depending on his background. If he came from poverty, I would be way more upset about him turning his back on his I guess roots. If he came from rich black parents, then he’s just another rich bumhole in Trump’s Cabinet.
