The fed is printing money faster than a Nigerian prince to prop up the economy. Without record defecit spending and bailouts, every number across the board would look a lot worse.

The entire US economy is a top-heavy Jenga-pile ready to collapse. Russia and China are in worse shape, but they are having a laugh watching Trump drive the US train off the rails and into the ditch.

Not CDC reports... The testing results from medical centers... Florida was completely out of whack, reported 100%, but it was really like 1%... They got caught, now they report direct to Dr. Carson, HHS.

The testing centers would report to the CDC, who in turn would provide the numbers to various government agencies and academic institutions. The White House is now cutting out the middle-man (CDC) and handling the numbers internally. Funny thing is, Florida's governor is a mini-Trump and the CDC is run by political appointees. If fudging of the numbers took place, it happened under their watch. Now the fox is taking over inventory duties for the hen-house.
