It's been years since I've been salmon fishing, loved it. Used to do well at Lasqueti Island. These days when I go down south it's for Yellowfin, Snapper & Dorado. You can't beat a day out on the water.

If you aren't on the list, from his comments in the last blog, then it was probably you.

I know it is me in the middle . This ganging up on people needs to stop. It has been a sore spot for months.

Nuck Up comes in after a lengthy time away and with one hockey post certain people in here needed to pounce on him.

You know there are two sides . This crap about getting back up to pile on a poster is well Crap.

I really don't care if I get a year ban because lately as much as they despise me it is a two way street.

You may think that getting rid of someone will fix it but the piling on someone else will commence shortly after.

Don’t forget Crywood, they had a pretty good spat recently. I’ve also pissed him off plenty, but not for a few months... weeks... days?

Why don't we give all of this a break? The minion gifs and such are getting old. Don't you think?

Disagree. Give me beer, good company and open water, fishing is a welcome bonus.

No...good numbers of Chinook outside Sooke, good size too, but no retention unless you want to keep a couple small hatchery hoho’s

That is perfect, made me laugh.

BTW, there is nothing better than spending multiple days, in a boat, on the water, and getting paid quite well doing so...

Last time I went fishing it was for Big Game in Mexico. I was so sick. I’m a west (left) coaster, I love the water, but don’t give two shits about fishing. The same way there are plenty of people who think golf is a complete waste of time.

People that think fishing is simply about catching make me laugh, they are absolutely oblivious to the beauty that surrounds us, although they can enjoy it in other ways.

It’s so beautiful out on the water; the other day we were heading in from Constance Bank and a small pod of seven killer whales started surfacing and jumping right out of the water, my wife was beside herself enjoying the show. Not ten minutes later two humpback’s surfaced for air a few times so she got to see that as well, all over the backdrop of a clear Olympic Mountain range view...a great day!!

Very true, I have golfed probably 4 times in my life, never understood the attraction to the outrageous cost. My kid is a scratch golfer at Bear Mountain, (which I hear is supposed to be good) but fees are over $100-$120 If fees were more reasonable I would probably take up the game.

No one seems to say give a break when it’s me being harassed. So, no. Probably not.

From Bill Meltzer on Vigneault. Good chance he wins

“I would be unpleasantly surprised if Alain Vigneault is not a Jack Adams finalist this season. If so, he will be a 5th time finalist (with four different teams). Has won once so far.

If he wins, Flyers will have its five Jack Adams winners, most among all NHL teams.”
