Americans don’t want to play in canada...oh well. Thankfully i’m a lover of an american team that LOVES canadian hockey players...always have been.
- bruceflyers

you are so full of poop, even realist Americans want nothing to do with that poop show going on in the states.....unless of course you believe in the orange coloured guy then enjoy.

He doesn’t want to play in Canada?! Sounds more like post pick regret more than the truth.

Oh, and you better like Canadian players. Your team is dogpoope without them.

Canucks have a pretty solid group of Americans on the team too.

Turns out that fella is trolling

Seems Green went with the lines he had last game they played as a measuring stick to where they are at now. Don't see the top 9 changing. Maybe Boeser and Toffoli change lines. ZacMac might replace Motte on the 4th. The 5/6 D will be interesting.

But then again some seem to be wanting Covid to cancel it all so they can laugh at the thingy and NHL. So we will see. Just nice like you said to see Canucks playing.

Laffy options discussion...

Fast forward & we get 1oa.

1) Pick him & keep
2) trade for Sens 3 or 5th & sweetener/dump
3) Pick him & trade out for help of your choice
4) choose 2 & trade down again for more help

I really hope they do MAc/Guad/JV again as a energy line. I loved the few glimpses of it we've had. Pretty fast, good on the forecheck and can score/bang around a bit responsibly. I think if you really want to win you sit some of these vets sit and let the kids go. You can always slot one in, but I'm hoping Green goes for it a bit.

Miller Petey Boeser - lotto line works
Pearson Bo Toffoli - better shutdown trio
Roussel Gaudette JV - nice blend
Motte Beagle Sutter/MacE - choose

Keep. I think that's a lay-up unless your just getting blown away and can solve your cap a bit. Eriksson and laff to ottawa for 3 and something nice would be interesting. We've also never won 1oa, be kind of nice to get it.

Where does Ferland come in when he’s back? Assuming he comes back and he’s not just going to go from “unfit to play” to “retired”.

He's staying on the IR permanently imo. I'm actually a bit shocked he wants to try more, it has not gone well.

Sounds ok but team D in the PO’s is important. I luv MacE & his progress just not sure if that 3rd line can handle the role. Sink or swim with kids sounds enticing but I don’t see as a reality just yet. A bit premature unless they bring it in spades.

Ferland is the X factor. If he comes in would say 3rd line had chemistry with Gaudette. Would be a heavy line with JV. Roussell then goes with Beagle to do the dirty work with savvy Sutter on checking role to cover some duty of Bo's line.

Thx for choosing 👍

Like Laffy a ton but also see us pretty damn good up top already. So I lean to a trade for 3oa & a cap dump. Stutzle has really caught my eye & legit elite. Byfield if Stutzle gone isn’t a bad consolation & lends an option to another trade down option for more cap relief or sweetener. Comes down to who to target after 5oa. Drysdale RHD is top rated but it’s a weak D draft imo so he’s iffy for my liking. Sanderson imo will be better in the end but a LHD which isn’t bad. Puts OJ in the mix for a trade then or Rathbone if he will walk. Getting Rossi or Perfetti or Quinn in these trade down scenarios is solid.
