Metro has feta stuffed jalapeno's in their olive bar. I need to stay far away from them, not because of the spice, but because I'll end up consuming like 2 lbs of feta cheese a day left to my own devices.

I've made stuffed jalapenos in the smoker and man are they way hotter than the deep fried ones.
I think its cause the deep fried ones lose their heat from being frozen,

I went to one of my favourite pubs in the world on the weekend: the Olde Angel Inn in Niagara-on-the-Lake.

I don't think they used to have a patio (I may be wrong), but anyhoo, they had set up a really nice, big one in a yard two doors up the street.

Damn, it just felt so good to sit down with the famn damily and have a meal at a restaurant.

It almost felt normal.
