Not because I would hate the value of it, because I think there are other avenues to fill that gap.

Between UFA, and other assets to trade... I like the idea of adding a solid top 4 RHD and having Willie better than a young top 2 RHD and losing Willie.

That, and I think young top 2 RHD are about as impossible to trade for as it gets in today's hockey world.

Nylander is an average 2nd line winger who's lucky he plays with great linemates.
Barzal is a top20 FW in this NHL.

I think the main concern is that TikTok installs a proxy on your phone. In lame-man's terms (and keep in mind i'm no scientician so this may not be entirely accurate), all data that goes out your phone (ie. all the porn, bank account info, amazon purchases, contacts, etc.) potentially get routed through the proxy and makes the data visible to tiktok.

Find teams who value their cheap actual salaries and replace them with cheaper forwards.

I saw an idea of Bennet for Kerfoot...A bit risky talent wise but the Leafs save cap on it and get a 3C.

Replace those 3 with forwards that saves them 3-5 million in cap and you can use that to sign a D.

At that point trade Johnsson for pick/prospect... Add a solid two way RHD in free agency, and I instantly have more faith in the team going into next season.

I remember some reputable insider saying the Leafs have always been interested in Bennet. They almost traded for Jankowski as well in the Kadri trade...

CGY has cap space and I imagine they are one of those teams who woudn't mind the actual salary savings.

Almost any app can bypass your camera and microphone controls at will and you would have no idea unless your phone was rooted and you could view each process in action.

For example, I know for a fact that Instagram listens to conversations in the room, even when the app is closed and phone is inactive on the nightstand. I've had verbal conversations with my wife about things I have never searched for or mentioned on the internet, only to have photos or ads of that same thing show up in my IG feed the next time I opened the app. Facebook also.

Now, imagine Tik Tok sitting quietly, unused, on phones everywhere. Phones in corporate board-rooms, phones in research conferences, phones in military facilities. They are all wire-taps. China is stealing intellectual property, trade secrets, academic research, and anything else they can get their hands on. Phuck Tik Tok and China.
