Started with a bit of inflamation from running a 6k in a workout on thursday wiith bad shoes for running but I (frank)ed it up on a sprint playing baseball yesterday

Mine tear up after a year from playing ball hockey, tennis ect. the lateral movements are probably harder on shoes.

I had to stop playing ball hockey.

I keep getting injured, every, single, year.

And you're right about the shoes, after a year they are done.

I also like the little details... I don't know poop about boxing but they do explain a lot and refer to actual moves and fighters (like Thomas Hearns' flickering jab)
