Imagine drafting a guy who was mediocre at best but big and he develeoped to be mediocre at best and big. Who could have projected that? - Takemedrunkimhome

Got me thinking...Vinny HoF? Yay or nay. For what I'd like the Hall to be it's nay, for the Kevin Lowe gets in Hall it's a yay by a landslide - Takemedrunkimhome
Nay for me. Aside from 2006 he had a pretty regular career. |

Damphouse should get in before Lecavalier!

A product of his environment, only got in because of the company he kept - bluewaffle
it was fun to see the old boys club apologists jump through hoops to prove he's a hall of famer. |

07/08 was solid too. More than regular career, not what I think the Hall should be...but Kevin Lowe, amongst many, makes me think yay |

On the radio, Pierre McGuire let slip a little bit the criteria he goes for and "winning" showed up a lot. He included juniors/WJC's/international tournaments etc. so you never know. |

The point being "winning." Poor Kopitar, he never even sniffed winning with Slovenia. |

Close enough in generation... they were in the league at the same time for 5 seasons.... regardless, my point still holds true

Unless he changed his name to Vincent Turgeon, he doesn't belong in this conversation!!
Besides, everyone knows Sylvain was the better Turgeon |

But was he gretzky's caddy?
Ciccarelli waited a long time because of where he scored most of his goals |
