Boss just told me he tends toward closing his company in 2021. He's giving himself the next few weeks to make a decision.

Still on furlough, and chances I go back are slim now.

This is just a great year overall really

it's been a few years but i used glassdoor when i was looking and i found my current job pretty quickly. it was a lot less cluttered than monster or career builder or any of those other sites.

...but it’s “possible” that could be amended. Sounds to me like teams want to do everything possible to keep them busy and engaged here in North America, feeling like they’re part of the team, even if they can’t play in Phase 4 or be part of 52-person travelling group.

With the cap situation for the foreseeable future, ELCs have become even more valuable/necessary for cap management. Very few teams want to burn a year of an ELC for what could be 3 games.

For sure, but I can see a lot of teams adopt the method chi started. Just cycle through elc guys and if they'll cost too much trade them and stick with the core guys
