it may take a couple of days before it becomes clearer for you. (frank) it. Its an opportunity, maybe, to pursue your passion.
Try to stay as positive as you can.
But yeah. it sucks. - Gramps28
Thanks. I'll take the next couple of days to try to clear my head a little. I'm supposed to get lunch with my boss next week. Things will probably be more clear by then. |

Worse thing is that I think he's finally doing a good job, it's just that people are fed up now and wants results.
The thing that didn't helped him was the season they had in 2013. They were supposed to be poopty then and people were expecting them to be bad for a few years. That didn't happened and I think that made him shift his plan of building through the draft for a while. |

I also would gently remind them keeping quality employees or even giving a minor raise is a (frank) ton cheaper than finding a competent replacement. I'd even told some owners to move out management because it would be cheaper than replacing whole teams that they've lost due to being poopty people. How you treat people reflects greatly on you, best run companies treat the lowest paid employees the same as they do their VPs - Takemedrunkimhome

It gets eliminated in a corporation unless you can show them it will drive greater ROI. Weird world we live in. Corporations are the ultimate double edged sword |

Everything will work out. You will get a better job with better benefits and higher salary.
Try the Federal Government so Pete can and the rest of us can pay your salary and pension.

I think we were all expecting them to draft in the top 10 (or even top 5) for a while.
The team having success derailed that.
Add to that this market being an absolute dead zone for attracting UFAs since forever...it went sideways. |
