Blackhawks must have an unusual org chart. In every organization I've been a part of, a VP was higher up the food chain than a GM.

In my current org, a VP is one level higher than a GM. Group VP is above a VP.

In sports I've always felt GM is always been the top dog. It was weird to me they put Epstein in the vp position but he is a baseball guy so he carries weight unlike many other vp's in all sports leagues

That was a compilation of some pretty good Maggie fights. Shalunov is a freaking unicorn at this point. Who really like unicorns? The guy is prolly a 3rd liner at best. Nothing in his KHL stats suggest he will be anything more than just a guy but some fans think is part of the solution. Look. I hope he is but my guess is IF he comes over, he will play 10 games, realize he can't cut it and head back to Putin's playground.
