Vote suppression, gerrymandering, and help from Russia (or other rouge states) won’t be enough this time. He needs civil unrest, so he can pass bills that take away rights, or emergency bills that restrict people’s freedoms.

The NHL, like every sports league to some extent is rigged. The owners don’t own teams for the glory, they own them to make money, or to add to their portfolios. MTL makes too much sense for it not to happen.
