Absolutely ridiculous regarding the draft. There have to be some livid gm’s right now. |

Man Bettman is probably the best commissioner out of all major sports leagues. He truly doesn’t give a (frank) about the integrity of anything. He is pure business and the owners must love him.
He is the perfect spineless little weasel in today’s version of capitalism. |

What a bad job by league.
Vorobyev....I’d be lying if I actually believe he was gonna become a main stay here. That doesn’t mean I don’t want things to workout for every young kid that comes through. Good luck Misha! - SuperSchennBros
Agreed, it stinks to lose him for nothing. He provided the LHP will a pretty decent center. Here’s to hoping the other two Russians in the Flyer pipeline work out. |

As long as it’s not the Penguins, Rangers, Isles, Devils, or Canes. Maybe Jackets.
Crap... that’s a lotta possibilities. |

I don’t think Vorobyev will be missed by the big club, even a little bit.

I don’t think so either but a lot of this is because of coaching. When he first made the team for that small stint, he was being used in offensive situations, I believe the Jake spot on the second unit. Masha was failing miserably and it wasn’t his fault because he’s not that kind of player. At least not at the nhl level. |

He was never going to play, bottom 6 , top 6, you name it. He wasn’t that good, he will not be missed. Good for him to go make some money. Idc if LHV misses him, hopefully we have people to replace him at that level. |

So who is playing center at the AHL level that has NHL potential?
Frost of course. Bunnaman has played NHL games as has Rubstov. Lazinski played center some in college. Cates plays center as well. Patrick is still some where in the mix. I think the team will survive just fine without Misha. He was mostly mediocre. Had spurt but couldn't deliver every night. Playing in the 4th best league should help as opposed to the best or second best. Not a slight. He is not that good. Not everyone is. |

Jason Akeson just wasn't given a fair chance.
Oliver Lauridsen just wasn't given a fair chance. |
