When st. Jean is on a thursday so they start partying wednesday night, take the next 2 days off of work to party, party all weekend and then need monday off too in order to recover and/or party more.

yeah I heard some beaches were completely trashed, and people even used residential/private parking lots without asking, as if no one would care loll... but that's not related specifically to the Saint-Jean only, moronic people do moronic stuff all the time

Exactly. I mean, look at this pork tenderloin I marinated in jerk seasoning and smoked. It's totally pink, but fully cooked to safe temperature, tender, delicious, and tasty.
