Wasn’t Miller getting paired with Dahlin in the last part of the season?

It would have to be VERY significant to get me to swap Lafreniere for Byfield

Have u given up on Cozens & Mitts?

- jdfitz77

Cozens, no.

Mitts, absolutely.

They are streamlining off ice expenses.

Kimmy likes to keep the money on the ice.

Again, I really don't know how anyone can complain about this stuff. COVID wasn't just invented by CNN, much as they love to talk about it.

I work for a global engineering company. We didn't get pay raises in June as per usual, our bonuses were reduced, and some layoffs happened. I don't know a single industry that didn't suffer some belt-tightening. Sports got hit worst of all.

Okay, maybe the Pegulas are fine losing 20mil a year on this team. It's a hobby and he can afford it. But then COVID happens, and maybe they are looking at a loss 3-5 times that. And their other investments are doing poorly (I know mine all are). So they tightened up on salaries for an underperforming scouting department that was going to be doing a whole lot of nothing for almost five months.

Being disappointed that they mismanage the team is fair. Calling them cheap is delusional fanboy talk.

trade for Nick Bonino

sign Larsson

if cozens or casey is ready it's eichel, one of them, bonino and larsson

move bonino and larsson each up a line if it doesn't work and plug either asplund, lazar, oglevie, ruotsalainen or davidsson on the 4th line

ruotsalainen might be ready for a third line role this coming season as he is a great play maker

What happened to Soderberg. Been really warming up to that.

I mean wouldn’t you want out too? The allure of coming to Buf was more PT. He was on a winner. Then you take away the PT. Of course he wants to leave

I just listened to Mike Harrington on TSN Ottawa and he doesn't hold back but what he did say is not going to make Risto haters happy. He said I think they are going to keep him.

If true, Montour see ya.

New GM's make blockbuster trades to get players they want and rid the ones they don't. Adams and Ralph will make one blockbuster when trades start. Bank it!!

Plus he is actually decent. And helped Dahlin get his game back late in the year.

The way the D was handled this year was a joke

Yeah, it will. I just don't see them standing pat with this team. There seemed to be too many Ralph could do without and that both would like a shakeup in talent but we'll see.

They promoted their analytics director and Adams said he’s going to lean on him for personnel decisions. Not good news for both 55, and 62 (actually probably good news for both because I can’t imagine they want to be here)
