If Larsson is our 3c then Kevyn Adams is a failure.
- sabresfan69

Depends on what he does for 2C.

If his answer is throwing Cozens to the wolves and Larsson as 3C I’d have to agree with you.

If he can trade some bodies and picks and get a legitimate stop gap player for 2C that can bump down to 3C once Cozens/2020 First rounder are ready (while effectively bumping Larsson back down to 4C) then I’d disagree with you

So performance did play a role. If Botterill had waived Bogo two months sooner and called up Pilut, we're probably not having this conversation. But he didnt, so here we are
- jcragcrumple

Pilut was coming off of shoulder surgery. Add that to his poor performance late in the AHL regular season and into the playoffs, and the fact he had no off season workouts and the fact that he missed camp, like Jr., he was not ready.

If you didnt hear the Brian Burke interview on GR today its a good listen.

He said having an inexperienced hockey department will get taken advantage of by other GMs.

I will give you that. I won't complain as long as our 2C is not Kahun or Cozens.

He was more ready than DJ disgruntled who was also coming off an injury (surprise, surprise) imho. The above is just one possible move that could have bought Botterill the 1 point he needed to save his job. Could have signed Pominville after Sobotka got hurt. Could have done a lot of things to get the one extra OTL he needed to save his job. But he didn't

I'd be willing to bet that a Gabbard/Crenshaw or Crenshaw/Gabbard ticket would win against the two current candidates in a landslide. The country is ready for something audacious like that. Two moderate, bi-partisan, younger candidates that don't hate the country they live in.
- SoCalPucks

I like Crenshaw and I like Gabbard

Its too bad the DNC tanked Gabbard's campaign by getting their minions to go after her calling her a russian asset.

I am a conservative and I found Gabbard sincere, honest and caring, I am not so much for her policies but America can use someone like her and I hope she tries again in the future.

They prefer mean tweets and cute, but empty-headed, morons on instagram dumbfounded by a garbage disposal. That is true. I still think that ticket draws enough of the middle to beat the other two.

Herd immunity is the only way the virus will be stopped outside of a vaccine. We can hide inside for 3 months and the virus will still be there. It is not a solution.

If you lockdown people will still have the virus, healthcare, doctors, grocers, police when you end the lockdown it will spread again.

If not from USA then from Canada, Mexico and around the world.

What if Cozens just has it, we can say what we want, but the kid could just be that good and ready, until he is put in that environment we don't know. If he hadn't had the injury he might have made the team last year.

I can picture it now.

Sabres win the lottery tonight.

They can’t resume the rest of the season and do a brand new lottery and manage to Frank us somehow.

I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if he could handle it. However I believe not hedging against the greater possibility that he isn’t ready is bad business practice.

It is a dangerous situation to slot Cozens in at 2C.

We did it with Mittelstadt. Not saying Mittelstadt is Cozens put the path is the same.

The best solution I see is to protect the elderly, under 55 has a slightly higher death rate than the flu and under 30 the death rate is even lower than the flu, don't overwhelm the system, wear masks and social distancing and try to keep politics out of it.

A complete lockdown will cause more death by poverty than the virus if the economy is closed. Over 120,000 die from poverty each year.

Lockdown also prevented cancer testing/treatment and other diseases and we could see a spike in cancer too.

A complete lockdown is not the answer. There has to be a balance.

The statistics show Coronavirus is less deadlier than the flu depending on the age group.

Graph shows the coronavirus is only more deadly(And sightlier)Than the flu between the age of 54-75

That has nothing to do with the coronavirus or more to do with morals and ethics.

I would rather work and make less money than sit at home. Some people are lazy.

Also what you quoted has nothing to do with your post.

Oh I agree, but everyone keeps saying he should be sheltered, it's better to be ready just in case. But we also can't say that he won't be ready, you can already see he is a different animal than Mitts was.
