One of the most amazing stories was when one of the leading strategists of Republican voter gerrymandering died. This guy used to go all over the country to work with state Republican legislators with detailed maps and census material to redraw congressional boundaries.

When he died his daughter, who had somehow come to the conclusion that he was a fascist pig, got into his computer hard drive and found all of his material.

Some of the stuff she found showed that he was working with the Trump boys to add questions to the Census that would help make sure electoral boundaries worked the right way.

Messing with the Census is a big no no and there was a court case underway to keep those questions out. In fact the Treasury Secretary lied and said there had been no political consideration which was all cool until the daughter showed up with the real goods.

Republicans know that as the party of white men they are demographically (frank)ed. They have to either expand the tent and pull in blacks and Hispanics or cheat. Cheating is easier.

I am going to miss not going this year, I love the heat..pools, lazy rivers..popping in and out of casinos going from AC to wall of heat

..but knowing what we know now...pools and lazy rivers with hundreds of other people..sitting at the tables that 5000 people sat at that day..handling bj chips..

I've never been to Vegas. If I did go, the #1 thing on my list would probably be shooting guns, followed by golf, followed by the odd game of blackjack.

I can't stand the heat and although I like poker I have zero interest in casinos. I'm pretty sure I'll never step foot in Vegas unless I got a totally free trip. Even then if I could sell the trip and go somewhere else I would. I think I'm the only person who feels this way.

I can't stand the heat and although I like poker I have zero interest in casinos. I'm pretty sure I'll never step foot in Vegas unless I got a totally free trip. Even then if I could sell the trip and go somewhere else I would. I think I'm the only person who feels this way.
