the guy that dressed a goalie for months with 1 eye

the guy with 117 games as an nhl coach and zero years in a hockey front office?

- homiedclown

Hopefully we're just waiting until Bruce Boudreau becomes available

Quick google search says he already is. No reason at this point why he shouldn't be here

you can not offer sheet someone, where a 3rd rd pick is required, unless you have your pick

it's a dumb rule IMO

- homiedclown

Could you technically re trade for your 3rd though?

What's your drink of choice?
- chilliard77

I don't really have one, I rarely drink. A nice lager is always good, any kind of brown liquor, vodka, cider.

Not one soul in Sabreland, Pegulas included, would, could or should be against hiring him

"I heard that they looked over some of the schedules of some of the scouts and people like that, and asked, 'where have you gone?', 'How many games have you seen?', and they felt that some of them (their schedules) were light, that they didn't need as many people to do it"

-Friedman, on the scouting dept.

I have zero issue with this. If you're a scout, get out and (frank)ing scout.

- Powerslave

Shouldn't Greeley have been on top of this and made sure they were out there scouting?!?! and JB on top of him?? Why there is not a lot of tears here.

Piggy Matthews testing positive for covid makes me wonder if itโ€™s in the cocaine supply or if he is stupid enough to share straws and dollar bills with his friends.

I've read some damning things about Greeley. Someone said he was more about promoting himself than actually working hard

What it will come down to is how much they're willing to pay. On their road to a more efficient hockey department, who's getting the money and where is the increased productivity coming from?

Quick draw clown... homie for ASG?!?

Canโ€™t do anything about it, so Iโ€™m curious who Adams surrounds himself with...

Pretty much, said that Wesley would be for Defensive Development Coach and advisor. But you have to get him to leave St. Louis.

That's another problem. Why would a competent individual leave a successful organization to join the Sabres?

I wouldn't unless there was a clear promotion with a nice increase in salary. And even then I'd have second thoughts based upon what's transpired in Buffalo
