Exactly. Enjoy the super yacht. Having to be the president of the Bills, Sabres, pse, etc... is too much for any one person. Has nothing to do with gender or ability. It has to do with checking your ego at the door.

Hire a competent president, set your budget and finical parameters and walk away.

If she’s at the top of the org chart for the “Pegula Empire”, hey that’s cool.... but to try and be at the top of each entity. Well, that gets you 9 years of futility. And zero will change until that realization comes crashing down...

Give the term to Eichel (already done), Dahlin, Cozens (hopefully he earns it) and possibly Reinhart (depending on AAV).

Don’t give the term to guys that are on the back nine unless their name is Panarin or Tavares (yet even leaf fans might be kicking themselves with that contract in a few years)

yeah, he didn't have a good year...the reasons are many, and i'd even include the weight of that huge contract, but there's no reason to believe he won't become that 30-goal scorer once again
