Does that make the cops racist against Whites because they kill Whites at close to twice the rate they kill Asians? Using your own logic here.

2015 - 38 unarmed black people killed by police
2016 - 19 unarmed black people killed by police
2017 - 22 unarmed black people killed by police
2018 - 23 unarmed black people killed by police
2019 - 10 unarmed black people killed by police

(7 of the 10 attacked the police in other ways, 2 were charged and 1 wasn't and probably should have been)

2020 - 6 unarmed black people killed by police

Is that not a decrease or is that a fantasy?

48 cops were killed in 2019 by the way for comparison.

You just proved there needs to be police reform, which is what the protest are about.
Thank you, youre on the side of the protesters, now stfu.

People who unquestioningly support any regime are conformists. I didn't vote for the current Canadian government, although their status as a minority government is my preferred option of the available evils.

Going along with Trump at this point is the basest, most cognitively bankrupt conformism going. It's no different than parroting Kim Jung Un.

Some very good points here. By exercising your right to vote though you have a way to have a say in who gets elected. In the case where you dislike both potential candidates you can vote for the one you detest less.

Because the numbers are going down? What reform are you looking for exactly because nobody really has a good answer for that question. Disband the police? That's an especially stupid suggestion that gets floated a lot.

You do understand that there are 330 million people in the US, right?

You do understand that there are over 700K police officers that have literally millions of interactions every day, and a lot of them are violent, right?

In a perfect world, nobody gets killed by a cop but we don't live in a perfect world. People make mistakes and every situation is different. Improvements can be made but the numbers are actually small and getting smaller when you consider the scale of the country and the job the police has to do.

Last year 9 unarmed black men were killed by police in the US, and 19 white men.
- The Shrike

There are six times as many white men in the US.

9 should = 54 not 19.

"Sadly, the trend of fatal police shootings in the United States seems to only be increasing, with a total 429 civilians having been shot, 88 of whom were Black, as of June 4, 2020. In 2018, there were 996 fatal police shootings, and in 2019 this figure increased to 1,004. Additionally, the rate of fatal police shootings among Black Americans was much higher than that for any other ethnicity, standing at 30 fatal shootings per million of the population as of June 2020."

How many were unarmed? You're playing this game as if people are walking down the street, doing nothing at all and the cops are shooting at them like target practice. The vast majority of police shootings happen with armed individuals, a lot of them committing crimes. Do you not know how crime and police work? It's not cops and robbers like when you were in elementary school.

FROM BUNKER TO BIBLE, TRUMP REACTS FEEBLY TO A NATION IN PAIN

Brian Karem
https://www.playboy.com/read/bunker-to-bible-trump

Trump is Simon and Garfunkel’s “The Boxer”: running scared and laying low, seeking shelter in the White House bunker where the scared powerful people go. He only appears outside of the White House in sanitized (literally and metaphorically) situations that he can control, and only for the shortest length of time.

He doesn’t care. He doesn’t think. He doesn’t lead.

Fear is his main motivator. He’s scared of losing control. He’s scared of losing the November election. He’s scared of the people who profess their love and scared of those who declare their opposition. He’s scared of being indicted if he loses in the fall. He’s scared of Russia. He’s scared of China. He’s scared of the coronavirus, and he’s scared of everyday people.

Perhaps his biggest fear? Being discovered as the gigantic fraud he truly is.

Cops are fu3ked and need to be trained better.

But before that training, there are 5 white twats in here that should get pulled over this afternoon on their way to their fu3king klan rally...you're at the very top of that list.

Like Obama change? Because he didn't change (frank) all but people like to pretend he changed things.

The answer to the question was:

2015: 94 (of all races)
2016: 51 (of all races)
2017: 70 (of all races)
2018: 58 (of all races)
2019: 56 (of all races)
2020: 24 (of all races)

330 million people, 700K+ police officers, millions of interactions per day.

Are you expecting 0? Is that the honest expectation in a country so large? Is that how blindly idealist you're going to be?
