Interesting to note that the second video you posted added applause and said that there was a standing ovation after an Owens response in the fist part. Although her response was good, no such thing happened.

Yes, I remember hearing that applause and thinking it sounded bogus and added in. I almost didn't post the clip because of that, but I thought it was still worth it to hear. If I would've remembered the clip's title claiming "standing ovation", I probably wouldn't have posted it. The clip stands on its' own, the canned applause and the bs in the title only detract from it by adding the youtube poster's personal bias into it.

Latest info says season won’t start until January 2021. Lovely. This means most, if not all, Sabre’s won’t see action for almost 1 year. Does the league realize the disparity this is creating? Just playing out the final 12 games of the season would have a huge impact on development. Letting 24 teams get such a Huge advantage is going to create a larger gap. Poor planning IMO

The kneeling, and (literal) foot washing, and the chanting of oaths is creepy and weird. I will not be joining this new creepy and weird cult and their penchant for racial humiliation and Maoist struggle sessions. None of this is new, and when you look for historical examples of this type of behavior, the culprits are quite easy to identify.

Will the Stars owner make greater attempts to ensure his ice isn't total poop during the hot Texas months?

2 days/year when no games played by any of the major 4 sports. Day before and after MLB AllStar game. I’m all for starting NHL and NBA 1 month later than they do now. Would help get through the major 4 sports lull in the dog days of Summer. Nothing better than cranking up Roundball Rock while AC was driving OJ in the White Bronco.

Baseball is losing popularity, and it's going to get even worse for them given they can't even figure out a plan to come back when indoor sports have at least come out with a blueprint to do so. It makes much more sense to compete with early to even midseason baseball than it does football at any time of the year at this point.
