Don't conflate the riots with the peaceful protest against institutional racism and police brutality. If you cannot or will not acknowledge that change is required in this area, you're part of the problem.

That's probably because you spend a lot of time listening to people who have indoctrinated you to interpret it that way.

There's an incredibly small number of people who truly believe racial equality is a bad idea.

And when we say equality, we should be meaning to say equal opportunities, not equal outcomes. A society based on equal outcomes is doomed from the start.

There is, however, a tremendous amount of people playing the "if you're not with us, you're against us" game though.

It's easy to apply your own faulty logic against you.

Everybody is really quick to say "institutional racism" and "police brutality" but really low on specifics on what the problem is (outside of repeating buzz words) and how to fix it (outside of stupid ideas like disbanding the police).
