It was a push . Not an excessive push, It was a push. The man stumbled from the push .

Unfortunate for the man. He could have easily avoided it by not confronting the police.

He invaded their space. No social distancing. A dumbass decision.

So it is not airborne and you can not get it by touching the surface of something? Did the 27 seniors in the Lynn Valley Care home have an orgy?

I think the government would look kind of stupid saying we are now allowing you to go out in public and back to work but be careful of the deadly because you can easily get it .

- VANTEL

How bad do you think the spike will be across the US (and to a lesser extent, the rest of the world) in two weeks?

I think people confuse what airborne means. Coughing and transpiring puts droplets in the area around the infected person. That isnt airborne. That is still considered droplets. Airborne is something entirely different. If it were airborne, we'd all be (frank)ed. It would carry on the wind long distances.

Just to make things a little clearer I guess.

https://bc.ctvnews.ca/mob...07TQZqujMSVgfBQT9-ZyMvG_E

"There is absolutely no evidence that this disease is airborne, and we know that if it were airborne, then the measures that we took to control COVID-19 would not have worked,"

"We are very confident that the majority of transmission of this virus is through the droplet and contact route."

- boonerbuck

She leads our town halls, shes a super smart woman who knows her stuff. Shes just verifying/putting to rest, the "studies" and reports that it can travel 27 feet in the air after a violent sneeze, or it remains airborne for up to 30 seconds after a cough or sneeze.

Coughing, sneezing and speech droplets continue to be the most common way of contracting.
Social distancing, hand washing and 6 feet minimum separation is still the best way of protecting yourself and will remain to be until we get a vaccine .

So if a person has a smokers cough or hay fever and is infected they will be spreading the disease today for every time they cough?

Missed this.

That price point of $400 is much easier to stomach. Good job. From my understanding most egg type grills are really well built and if you care for them they will last for more than 5 years. Plus I like the idea of having two sizes of grills. Smaller one for quick meals and a larger one to entertain with.

As marwood said, keep us posted on progress. Want to know what you think.

- bloatedmosquito

I lit my gas grill yesterday at lunch for sausage, far more convenient. I'm sure i'll still use it occasionally, but as far as cooking raw untouched meat this is the way to go for sure. Everything requires less seasoning as the lumpwood and wood chips do much of the work.

If anything, I find many of the recipes you find online that I would use for guidance overdo it. KISS, that's why you bought that type of grill.

It not only will expedite wave 2 (if you can even say that we are out of phase 1), but it will extremely amplify it. It's going to be horrendously bad.

As of Monday or Tuesday it's law in NB to wear a mask in public.

Everyone who leaves the house and goes into any public space, should wear a mask. Even if it's not enforced here wear a non medical grade mask and carry hand sanitizer.

We keep hand sanitizer in the car and as soon as we get in the car everyone cleans their hands . Same as every time we come home we sanitize .

Most have been wearing masks here, Costco has been handing them out for awhile. A couple of months back, finding a mask was impossible. I find it strange that people would turn down a free mask while they're shopping even though it's recommended for the health and safety of all people.

It's not like you're making a decision for your personal well being, you could literally be affecting thousands.

People are going to think I'm overboard, but I have hand sanitizer with me at all times, and anything that comes through my door gets fully wiped down with lysol wipes. Skip the dishes orders get transferred to house plates and thrown into the recycling immediately. Anytime I leave the house in wear a non medical grade mask (except in the car obviously).

Wearing a mask never hurts. I wish everyone would wear one if they go out, it's so easy. It's sort of selfish to not wear one to be honest, cause it's the public you're protecting by wearing one, not yourself. I wish they would just enforce them provincially rather than reccomend.

The stats from Mother’s Day get-togethers has proven that it will create a spike and that was relatively insignificant to the “gathering” we are seeing now.

I wish humanity luck. I’m on the next space-X fight off this god forsaken rock.

Smartest thing you've posted in awhile. My Uncles flew 39 missions in WW2...tough times.

And how about Trudope...takes a knee for a black man in the States but doesn't give a sh!t about our veterans...

Can't even make this sh!t up lol

Yes it is. Airborne does not have a distance qualification.

Coughing, sneezing, talking, bed-making, turning pages of books, etc. all generate microbial aerosols which are carried and dispersed by air movements. Inhalation of these particles may cause allergic responses but whether or not infectious disease ensues depends in part on the viability and infectivity of the inhaled microbes and their landing sites. Desiccation is experienced by all airborne microbes.

Coronavirus just needs a lot of moisture to survive so its travel distance is relatively short. Some bacteria and viruses need very little so they can travel farther.

Hope you learned something today.

He open his morning address to Canadians outside of Alberta, by talking about Juneau Beach and the sacrifices our soldiers made. Your constant blubbering makes my day every day.

Harper treated the veterans like he treated the nations scientists (outside of Alberta).
