There has been NOTHING that has come out so far that indicated George Floyd's race had anything to do with what happened. George and derek chauvin worked together for a year as a local bar without incident.

The official autopsy report refutes the death by asphyxiation and said he died of cardiopulmonary arrest complicating law enforcement subdual, restrain, and neck compression. Floyd also had Fentanyl in his blood at time or death, one of the effects of Fentanyl is problems breathing.

From video surveillance from cameras around Floyd seem to be in distress long before he was put into the police car.

derek chauvin should be convicted of 3rd degree murder at the very least, altho Floyd did not want to go in to the police SUV, his resistance to that was not violent and did not merit the excessive force used by derek chauvin, not to mention derek chauvin was mocking Floyd when he was saying to floyd to go in to the car, floyd said ok, yes he will go and derek chauvin and the other 2 officers stayed on him and kept telling to get into the car when floyd had the 3 on him holding him down not to mention they never relented even after Floyd stopped talking or moving for several minutes before the ambulance got there. He lost consciousness and they would have know that because the body goes lax when that happens.
