you know what, as much as I find it tiresome and often corny, I think it's time for all athletes/celebrities/public figures to speak up, all of them. it might not provoke an immediate change, but it may be necessary to do so if they want to reach as many people as possible. Not saying a pro athlete who doesn't feel like speaking about it should be shamed, but they should at least consider using their platform since they have that option

I don't disagree.

The problem is, when someone tries to stand up but maybe says a wrong thing or does not phrase it properly or has not educated themselves properly, they get shut down and demonized. Would be nice to hear a different response, along the lines of we appreciate you trying, and thank you for that, but here are some better ways you can help the cause, while understanding the issue better...

Ostracizing people who want to be allies really defeats the purpose. And it is happening a lot. People are getting poop on by both sides - one for saying BLM and the other side for not saying BLM properly.

Game of Thrones, Silicon Valley, Ballers, Barry, Boardwalk Empire, Eastbound & Down, and Vice Principals are my favorites.

I liked the first season of Westworld but fell off after beginning of season 2. Same with True Detectives.
