You get elected with someone's else money. When in office you spent most of your time trying to pay them back. You get desperate to get re-elected to give them more state money so they will give you a golden ticket on their board so you can paid doing nothing for the rest of your life.

People (black/white,etc) are rioting and looting because "black lives matter", meanwhile some of the stores they are ransacking and looting are owned by black people, thus ruining their lives (livelihoods).

Fair enough...unfortunately people (not you, the general people) tend to conflate peaceful protest with the inevitable rioting that goes with it, but almost always from another group all together. There are people who will use any excuse (winning a (frank)ing playoff hockey series in Montreal) to break things, steal things and cause general anarchy. Unfortunately we live in a world where that idea seems to be too complex for a tweet so it gets muddied completely and again everybody retreats to their political corners. It's sad and leads to the continued spiral of bs and inequality we find ourselves in.

Well pre covid, he was quite poplular because of the economy, attempting to end endless wars, blowing up isis, backing out of the iran nuke deal and fixing trade agreements.

Which trade agreements has he fixed? Even new NAFTA isn't fully ratified and doesnt change much really. Staying in TPP would have helped with China but he said it's bad so must be bad. What good did leaving the Iran deal provide? ISIS isn't gone. Leaving a war that isn't over is called retreating and it's left those "allies" in a poopy situation. The US reputation worldwide is at it's lowest in memory and China and Russia are filling the leadership void.
