Maybe but to pull it off I think you also need to show some degree of empathy for George and the causes that actual protesters are protesting for. Suburban moms are still moms.
Trump just can't pull the empathy thing off (not being human and all). His only mode is attack and that won't work on this issue. Once/if things cool down, expect to see Dem ads showing Trump as part of the problem. There's lots to chose from.
So far, Biden has actually shown a better touch. George's family said how much they appreciated this call (white and black moms will like that) while they complained that Trump never gave them a chance to say anything. His words have urged calm and said something about not letting the pain destroy us. They sound like the sort of thing a President might say. - Canada Cup

Intent needs to be proved for 1st degree murder, 2nd involves a much lower threshold. It involves knowing that an action would cause harm, not neccesarily death. A Second degree murder charge could stick and at least making the charge might cool things down a little. - winsix
Don't think that is exactly true, regardless, proving intent for an ON DUTY cop...not an easy task in a very white state. Again JMHO.
And, from my understanding, they charged him with the most easily provable to get him in jail fast in an attempt to dissuade an uprising and protesting. Too little too late.
There could be additional charges coming once they have time to gather evidence. Hopefully. |

So what does that make these peaceful armed protesters?
- JohnFergusonJr
Looks like the Black Panthers. If so they were an actual armed, militant black revolutionary movement. They did poop; they set up community service programs that provided food, clothing, and transportation and protected black citizens from brutality.
Yeah, they were overtly into violent revolution. Is that who your cosplay heroes at the state capitals needed to protect themselves from because they've got to be in their 80's now

Actually it is true - here is the actual statute from Minnesota
causes the death of a human being without intent to effect the death of any person, while intentionally inflicting or attempting to inflict bodily harm upon the victim, when the perpetrator is restrained under an order for protection and the victim is a person designated to receive protection under the order. |

It's adorable to watch you simultaneously poop on the police's use of force but also question why citizens might have guns to protect themselves. You truly do not get it. |

apparently you are of the 'excuse - for - everything' and 'blame - the - rest' group?
i hate violence and if you as a person decide to loot - to me you're a lost cause.
tell me - what would you think of your daughter or son if participating in looting?

It really does suck that we have 4 or 5 sh1t bags in here....and that's not because of differing opinion but just because you can actually tell thru their posts that they are pieces of human sh1t.
Every fu3king day with these fu3ktards.

This is poop that is defining who we are. There's room for lots of disagreement because the issues are complex and contradictory but (frank) just so much ugliness, pettiness and hatred in here

This is cool, not exactly the same as burning and looting though. Stuff on twitter is wafting out about Trump and Epstein and some alleged payoffs.

It's a$$hats like you that make violence necessary. You just never fu3king learn.
I'm tired of the BS argument from the "armed" right and all of the followers of those sh1tbags that say violence isn't the answer.
I, for one, am all for a full-throttled, fully armed brawl against white, racist pieces of useless sh1t. You serve no purpose on this planet any more.
I tired of you a$$holes making the rest of us white guys look bad.
Let's get it done and leave stup1d behind, once and for all. |

I don't follow twitter, saw a brief news story about a hacker group called Anonymous that is making some dirt available. But the Venn Diagram is probably accurate.
