in other news, 20 years ago today, we lost the Rocket. I remember the state funeral like if it was Yesterday. I was working across the street from the Bell Center at that time, went to pay tribute at the 'chapelle ardente' during what I remember as a long but sad lunch break.

waching the 2005 movie once again tonight. that really was a good one.
pathetic....the Pens lose they get the 8th lottery pick?...while the Habs get hot maybe with price and lose their pick and go 16th?....not cool...this isn't really playoff hockey is it?....its an NHL money grab

yeah, and even for the recent voting they had, I think it was 1 representative per team who got to vote? because you still have to wonder if everyone will be on board, so it can actually be taken seriously..
