Also all the people saying they wanted the season to be cancelled and start up fresh in sept/oct don’t realize their won’t be fans in the seats by then. I think the nhl wants to reward a cup winner push next season start date as long as possible, maybe for vaccine or whatever but that way they can start putting fans in the seats. It makes more sense to try and finish this season even though there is no fans and get some viewership with playoffs.
