question is whether Leafs can turn Nylander, Kerfoot, Johnsson into Hintz + a proper 3rd line C + 1RHD (seems Nylander + something for Hintz should work), and trade Andersen to a team for picks/prospects - Holtby a UFA signing (I assume 7-8.5mln on a 7year deal).
Return for Kerfoot, Johnsson, Freddy should go to the 3C and 1RHD.
Not sure if there are any big demand for Kerfoot, Johnsson since on a bit inflated contracts. - MaximusAurelius

When I was in grade 10, I got mono. I spent 3 weeks at home, mostly sleeping, but also watching Days of our Lives. I watched this thing for 3 straight weeks, and then ended up watching some of it in the summer vacation in the year following. This would have been around 1985, I guess. About 10 years later I was at a girlfriend's place and she had the show on. The same damned subplots were STILL going on.
"That guy's not dead? That guy's evil brother is still running the show and playing her heart? That guy is still missing and wrapped up in bandages - after 10 years? What about atrophy?"
After 8 weeks, the same conversations are being had here. It's cr-azy!

Absolutely. Would go down as one of the worst trades, maybe ever. I like Hintz, I did before Max got his weird boner for him, and he's a player I'd absolutely be down with the Leafs having, but Nylander is clearly and obviously vastly superior.
But Max would get his wish if Dubas did do that trade. He'd be fired shortly thereafter.

Hintz is the superior player between Hintz and Nylander.
People suggesting Dallas would give up Heiskanen for Nylander in a 1:1 should really up their meds.
