Cases don't matter as much as people in critical condition and deaths. The talking point was "flattening the curve" wasn't it? Reality is, only 2% of "cases" put people in critical condition. The majority of cases, critical conditions and deaths are happening at retirement homes and among the elderly, the one place the governments haven't done enough to fix. They lockdown the population that isn't at risk and leave the at risk population to hang.

We are now in a position in Ontario where cases in the community outnumber those in institutions (long term care, prisons, etc) so that cliche doesn't stand any more. And so you don't care about the spread of the virus, only the olds who can isolated? That's your plan, what till the virus works its way through society?

I think its more like five percent deaths, forty thousand cases and two thousand deaths. Actually 44 thousand that they know of but over two thousand of them died. Sure there are probably a lot more cases that went undetected but who knows.

Today I tried to clean the carb on my one year old lawnmower, that didn't fix the problem. Couldn't get the plug out cause I only have the one size plug socket, I did find another plug and there was spark with that one, changed the gas. Still won't run. Won't know anything till i get the bigger plug socket.

My dad still has my grandpa’s old green lawnboy mower from the late 70’s. (frank)ing thing still cuts grass great.

Lawn boys were always the best. Two stroke I believe, sucks to mix the gas.

Yes Guy, good memory. The two stokes could cut down a hay field without bogging, but the gas was a pain and they smoked like me in high school

(frank) you man.

Last night you were drunk posting whining like always saying “this world isn’t for you” and I reached out to be nice.

You’re a fückin good. Next time you start going on some suicide rant don’t expect any sympathy.

Exactly. And odds are that's a pretty large number considering the large numbers of people who experienced few or no symptoms who tested positive.

And yet the majority of critical conditions and deaths come from...? Again, cases don't matter as much as you think they do.

And so you don't care about the spread of the virus, only the olds who can isolated?

There are certain groups of people that should be more worried than others and the people who feel they are less at risk should be free to go about their lives. Keeping at risk people isolated is just as important as healthy people gaining immunity.

That's your plan, what till the virus works its way through society?

No, of course not, just have everybody stay locked indoors for 18-24 months and have the government pay for everything. Nothing bad can come from that.

Crazy that the NHLPA voted in favour of the 24 team playoff. Vote was 29-2. Hockey in July and August this year.. Only Tampa and Carolina voted 'no'
- PatC80

Tampa voted "No" because they were originally suppose to met the Leafs. An easy series win. They got screwed....don't play the Leafs now...
