You don't have to lift your foot as high...that extra 1/2" is huge!

Two misdemeanors and from what I've heard he was pulled over towing a trailer with an ATV on it with an open beer between his legs. I hardly consider it a huge deal. It's not like he was out racing or wrecking a sport car. I told a few guys about it today and each one was like "been there" , "meh" , or "who hasn't done that? " The NFL surely will look at it differently, but pending the results I see 1 game at most.

He kept his head still while watching the pen move side to side, didn't seem off balance when standing with one leg in front of the other.
Not like he had the gun in his hand or on the seat.
To me it is Meh, unless his BAC comes back high.
Fine him, assign some community work, 1 - 2 game suspension with a stiff warning.

This feels pretty ticky tacky to me, like the justification for a stop after an otherwise weak stop is made.

His deal ends after the 2021-2022 season.

Are you signing him to a long term extension after his current deal ends, when he is turning 28 and he will have a lot of NHL minutes on his body?

If not, the time to deal is now, IMO, as teams will have 2 full years of control before having to decide if they themselves want to extend him.
