They are the 2 team's in the biggest mess. Tampa though can move contracts. Not sure Isles can move those horrible 54th line deals

And yes, just all forward groups. That's why the "4 forwards 40 million" is such a stupid argument. If you overpay bottom 6 then it's irrelevant argument.

But since JT signed, has there been a legit D the Leafs could have went after?

with no JT, they probably have to trade for one anyways

the Preds seem to be able to draft top 4 d no problem. thats a problem i would like the Leafs to solve.

But then they have 30 mil in Forsberg, RJ, Turris and Duchene, id rather have the Leafs 4 for 10 mil more given the ages
