There are many who are saying that the stay at home mandates will hurt people in the long run. Immune systems become less effective when shut in. What happens when everybody starts going out again.

One of the things I have noticed the last few weeks is this spectacularly persistent trend of Trump supporters to do basic percentages regarding Covid infections. By basic, I mean, oh, 5th grade level.
I see it in Reddit. I see it here. I see it in comments of various news sites. Its incredible, really. You have two numbers, you divide one by the other, then multiply by 100.
The correct percentage is: (85581/1413012)*100=6.056% - PT21
If this is true why isn’t Las Vegas be one of the spots? The virus has a low count and there are many places you can lock down. All of the strip isn’t opening and people are questionable about going there via airlines.

So that guy is quarantined, except he's been with the entire team, so you'd have to shut down the team. If you shut down one team, you can't really have a season or playoff, so you shut it all down. That's if ONE person tests positive.
Ok, what if a trainer, coach or peripheral person tests positive? Again, you shut down the team, hence the entire thing. What are the odds that one person in who knows how many test positive? Pretty good.

Obviously, they're throwing everything they've got to try to come up with a vaccine, but that could be years away. YEARS. Players will be begging to come back if this cancels next season too.
Some doctor on TV the other day said the lockdowns are futile at this point. Basically...It's a "cats out of the bag" situation. It's literally all over the globe. The time to stop it was in China, but the CCP decided to lock down travel in their country, but allow visitors to leave by the thousands to infect every other continent.
Anyway, at some point people will choose to accept the risk and cautiously move on with their lives. People with high risk factors will need to hide, but the rest of the country will need to get moving again.

That’s your math response? The US has 4% of the world’s population and 25% of the deaths. This is one of the situations where having the bigger number isn’t better.
