Neither league is going to play if every state in the union is still shut down. The NBA never would have suspended the season once Gobert tested positive in the first place if that was their plan. However, if states like Florida and Georgia open up, and don't see any material change to their curves like appears to be happening in Sweden, then they're going to figure out something to play again. They will have to be neutral sites anyway because states like CA, NY and now IL don't appear to be opening up any time soon.

If their are not tremendous changes to the curve after opening up a few states, how long does it take to get a solid baseline?

When does the season really have to start? Could they start in mid july? Play thru labor day? Take October and November off, and start up mid- late December? Probably finish the 2021- 22 season a month later?

200% correct, Pach. They need to STFU and stay away. A lot of the good they have done around Buffalo has been washed away by those articles. I get the financial infusion they created, but WOW did they (and she herself) paint Kim in a bad light.

Sabres enjoy a historically poor reputation at the draft, no doubt over 50 years.

Yet, the last couple years under Botts are decent though...and I have been vocal about dumping Botts. It would be unfair to throw him under the bus when talking about projections from the draft over the past couple years.

Here's all you need to know for the upcoming draft...H-O-L-T-Z.
