I have two of the three symptoms for Covid 19.
Still can't get tested unless my temperature reaches 100.4 degrees.

Stay inside, hydrate, isolate from others in the house and quarantine for 14 days.
I dreamed that I slept in a Holiday Inn last night..

Good luck!

I've been doing all of that for 2 1/2 weeks now.

Also, I have to imagine that the investments in the Bills, Sabres, et. al haven't exactly made them swimming in cash. Just because someone is worth billions doesn't mean he has billions in cash.

I agree, have to think both teams "values" have taken a hit.

Yes I agree.

My point was :

The pegula's investments in both the Sabres and Bill's will be taking a hit in value and revenue.

Football has the tv revenue to carry most of the expenses

Hockey is probably going to suffer, I believe a larger % of profits come from the arena revenue?

I think the value is hit if they were looking to sell either or both teams today, which I don't think any owner would be looking to do. Once all this nonsense is settled, be it a month from now, a year from now or 3 years from now, the value of both franchises will adjust accordingly.

I agree, but just like stock values, its still unknown .

I still believe that wealthy people are wealthy for a reason:

They are money conscience. Business descions under a microscope.

I'm pretty sure there wont be a "home" game for either until 2022.

The NHL negotiating it's new TV deal could get an even bigger increase if they predict more people will stay home to watch games.
I think any loss revenue from people not going to games will be short term.

Would you go to a sporting event? Live in person? Without certainty of a vaccine?

What's short term? 2 months?

Would you head to yankee stadium July 4th for a game?

I am thinking short term as one season. For baseball the season is probably toast, but for the winter sports I would think that by Christmas time the arenas will be filled or close to it again.

Depending on what the antibody tests indicate over the next couple of months, I might.

I agree with this. Kinda think baseball next year starts on time in a regular game setting with " some fans "

Obviously just a guess.

Maybe a younger crowd? Less risk brackets?

I spoke to my Sabres rep yesterday. I'm a bit nervous about renewing my 8 upper seats. Just kinda getting a general fan feel. Keeping a lower pair. Regardless.

Sabres tix are tough for 3 things:
1. They raised my base cost from 30 - 32.80
2. They really still look incompetent as a franchise
3. Economic consequences of the scourge
