I’m a few months shy of my 25th birthday and I can already relate lol. When I was 19 I was indestructible. The amount of crap in my system at that point would make my mother faint.

Now I have a few beers and I can feel it the next day.

Can’t imagine what a hangover at 40 would feel like.

When I turned 30 I noticed my hangovers were getting more "emotional" for lack of a better term. Existential dread and anxiety were often mixed into the physical ills. And the bad hangovers lasted a couple of days....

Somewhere along the line my friends started to use the term "the Reds" to define the anxiety and depression that came with the hangovers... I think it may have been a term first coined by Hunter S. Thompson

Thats exactly right .. jack tried putting him under his wing last summer but he decided to get his own guy that worked out ..

And ofcourse the sabres had to spin it ..

I'm pretty sure he will get over this its not like hes doing hardcore drugs its just video games and not eating right those can be fixed in 1 summer

I used to drink a lot, especially when I went into the service and for about 10yrs after I got out, and the hangovers really where not bad. I have slowed down to a crawl know that I am in my 50's, and when I do decide to cut loose I prepare myself to feel poopty for a couple days. Maybe it is cause I don't drink like I used to but my body isn't what it used to be either.

I feel as though as I’ve gotten older a Tito’s water splash of tea or lemonade has feeling less like sh!t. Cutting sugar out of your drinking help a ton.
