I just drove through there 2 hours ago. My father drove himself to 100 Mile emergency and then they asked me to drive him to the hospital up in Williams Lake for their CT. His liver quit. They are keeping him. An emergency and they are leaving it to friends and family to drive emergency patients to other hospitals. I'm learning a lot about our interior healthcare situation these last couple of months.

If you have an instapot or a slow cooker, that is the easiest. But I recommend a braise...put them on low heat with a beef stock over night, then bake them the next day!! so good!
