I might check it out.

Highly recommend you check it out if you haven't. Though it was a joke and Twin Peaks is actually a bizarre mind (frank) show that doesn't make any sense whatsoever, typical David Lynch

If you want a straight up detective series, Bosch is pretty good.

At the time it blew everybody’s minds that they would put that on t.v. Only other times I ever felt like that was first times watching Monty Python and first seasons of SNL

Yeah I know. There’s no way I’d watch the 1990 one.. my ISP is probably throttling my speeds anyways.. maybe I’ll just watch Big Bang theory on the one channel I get on TV..

Hey Everyone,

With a heavy heart I am saying goodbye to this website which I love so much.

My wife says I'm here posting every 2 seconds and she can't stand it anymore. We argued and she told me to choose between her or Hockeybuzz.

Therefore I'm going to be offline for a couple hours while I prepare her luggage and call her a taxi!!!

I'll be right back.

The 1990 one has aged surprisingly well, still highly recommend.

I watched it about a decade ago and went through two seasons in two weeks

My friend Peter MacKay is coming out of retirement and will be Prime Minister of Canada. Mark my words.

That's all i have as far as the politics goes.

I dunno...he seems a little too competent to be running in this day and age. Qualities like that will get him nowhere.

Agreed.
Doug deservea some credit for how hes handled things so far

I can't stand him, but he hasnt been tire fire yet and hes worked with experts and the feds.

It's a sad statement when we're all amazed and impressed that a leader is somehow doing their actual job with basic competence.

Not really.. unless you want mushrooms..

I’d avoid the delivery apps, they often sell outdoor claiming to be indoor..

Don’t underestimate how hard it is for any politician to let go and basically stop politicking, to not make decisions based on how it was going to affect them politically. To me that’s more than basic competence and certainly more than I’d expect from any Ford.

I appreciate that Doug Ford is trying to get things under control. I like that he's actually working with Trudeau.
- PatC80

Agree. Ir makes me a little annoyed to see JT and DF doing a decent 'job', even though they are basically just aping the experts (unlike some other leaders). I generally dislike both, but compared to what you see elsewhere...

Mushrooms weren’t around a lot in old time boomer days. We mostly just had really pooptily cut acid. The few times I got hold of them though I really enjoyed them

Haha.. yeah.. these ones are really nice because they’re lab tested, and evenly dosed. You don’t have to worry about taking too much or not enough caps vs stems, or if they’ve gone bad etc..

I found the trip to be everything I wanted, and the comedown wasn’t that bad, but still kinda sucked because well, that’s just how mushrooms are.

Long time ago but I don’t remember them sucking. Nice and smooth and gentle compared to the really strobey, speedy acid that was kicking around.

I’ve heard horror stories about acid. I’ve never done it. That chemical stuff is dangerous.

Zoomers are fun, as long as you’re in the right mindset. You might become too introspective and start thinking about depressing things. You probably took a low dose. 3g’s is a lot for your first time. I took 7.5g’s once, bad idea.

Bahahaha..

These ones gave me very colourful hallucinations. The best part was when you type words there’s a streak of colours behind the letters as you type them, lol. And it felt like I was in a dome lying in bed.

It was a stupid time. I turned 16 in the summer of 1969. One weekend we stole a bottle of whiskey, got drunk and threw up. That was a drag. The next weekend somebody got hold of something called marijuana which nobody had heard of and was much better except for the coughing. The next weekend somebody got hold of something called acid. No throwing up, no coughing. Nobody knew what any of that poop was so we just did it all the time.

It was generally pretty poopty stuff and most of the visuals were based on strobey, speedy effects but you knew you were stoned. It wasn’t mind altering. It wasn’t until moving to the live with my sister in Minnesota and taking some much purer, stuff where you didn’t know you were stoned that I got really (frank)ed over.
