Also what else does fear cause? Panic buying.

My sister is forced to re use one mask over a course of a 12 hour shift in the emerg while people have dozens of boxes of masks so they can wear and throw them out when they go for a walk.

Not only is she at risk of the virus she’s at risk of giving her patient coming in to the emerg from a heart attack.

All I ask if for people to be informed and calm. It would help our health care workers.

That ABSOLUTELY sucks and I hope she is okay and will remain that way BUT maybe, just maybe it's because people in the supply chain somewhere didn't take the stats and potential outbreak seriously?!?!?!

People are clapping, that’s great. But those who have horded supplies based off of panic I have real issues with.

There are a bunch of people out there like that and my friend is one of them. She has a dozen boxes(so like 100 masks) in her basement and she uses them on walks then throws them out.

There were like 80K domestic dispute calls in like a month span or something crazy like that.

I hope it was fake because that’s crazy but believable.

My heart goes out to children who have tough family situations.

In my mind it is absurd to suggest that having a discussion in a hockey site about how the virus might spread is going to lead to panic and death. Neither of us know. We both have rights to our opinions.
