Half of their positive tests experienced no symptoms. People have recovered with not being symptomatic. How you could possibly think that the numbers of confirmed cases to deaths is a reliable source of numbers is beyond me.

And my stance on that is due To my sister and future father in law working in the emergency and critical care department in the GTA. It has and is causing problems for them.

I remain strong on that stance, I do not want the virus to be brought in to people recovering from heart attacks and trauma from people who don’t need care.

The sad truth is yes, there are people who are coming in with minor symptoms. Causing panic absolutely brings more people to think they need care.

You can be serious about this and calm at the same time. You don’t need to strike fear in people to stay home. (Don’t know if that was you or not but someone said that was the only way)

Staying informed and being calm are important things.

Not sure how much education you have in math, stats and science, it seems your knowledge is obviously quite limited.

The only thing false about the stats from the website I provided is that some numbers are being questioned as to being grossly understated in countries such as China, India and Russia. The sources are listed in the detailed bibliography at the bottom of the site. Using Iceland as a source for information for this is beyond childish. Mortality is given as a statistic from over 760K cases

My sister is forced to re use one mask over a course of a 12 hour shift in the emerg while people have dozens of boxes of masks so they can wear and throw them out when they go for a walk.

Not only is she at risk of the virus she’s at risk of giving her patient coming in to the emerg from a heart attack.

All I ask if for people to be informed and calm. It would help our health care workers.

Yes you are causing people to panic when they have any sort of flu like symptom.

It’s been a problem for many years in the health care department. It’s become a severe problem now.

I have people close to me in the system. I am passionate about this because I care about them and their patients. I don’t like to see the things that are being done right now out of fear and panic. It’s hurting us not helping us.

I was on here saying that it might turn into exactly what it turned into. I was told I was causing panic and killing people.
