How long before you have to default on your Phoenix mortgage?

California is projected to surpass 40 million residents by 2019, and represents approximately 1 out of every 8 US citizens. By 2050, the population is projected to surpass 50 million.

Lol. I’m still getting rentals on VrBo. Americans are (frank)ing stupid sometimes. I was scheduled to make $20,000 USD gross in March. I’ll end up making $13k gross. So impacted, but still cash flowing in. Supposed to be there now for two weeks. Likely won’t be able to go south until July when it’s too hot anyways. I won’t be defaulting but thx for your concern

I do wonder what will happen to property values though...not that either of us care as we aren’t selling. But could be some good buys potentially

I’d like to add a rental townhouse. My house is (frank)ing seriously high maintenance and I don’t think I can do another single family home given how incompetent all of the property managers are down there .

Condos or townhouses are definitely the better way to go for rental property. We have a house but we don’t rent it out.

Thanks man. Yes, drove down to the middle of Pennsylvania last week to stay at my girlfriend's sister's place. So, living the suburban life for a bit: 2 year old niece running around, the same animated movies every day, and drinking in a backyard.

Sounds fairly ideal under the current conditions. Do you have enough beer & liquor?

Do you own property in Arizona? My parents are thinking of snowbirding by buying a house down there. If so, what do you think (once this pandemic is over and done with) a small house in the suburbs is going to cost? My parents were considering either Surprise or Scottsdale.

Interesting and with numbers to back up play. So some don't like paying for free agents but Myers performance rating sure goes against he hasn't improved the D. Benn being on the downside is not costly and he could be moved.
- NuckUp

How exactly could Benn get moved again?

No man. Way off, they are over 60,000. Which in reality likely means they are over 100k
- CanuckDon

It's so hard to get a test down here. You can be sick with all the symptoms and they'll just tell you to stay home until things get worse. The "official" numbers are way lower than what they actually are. Which, on one hand means the fatality rate is actually much lower, but on the other it's a way bigger problem than anyone knows.

I think that’s true everywhere, they’re just not testing enough whether it’s from unavailability of kits or whatever, I think the number of cases is most likely far greater than what’s being reported as official numbers. With 80% of cases being mild there’s really no need for it I guess.

This is still going to get worse before it gets better. I just saw that over 3,000 people are dying a day now, based on reported(who know show many are unreported). Each day more die than the previous day. Not just our gov't, but all need to do better right now.

Ya I own a house in Scottsdale. Scottsdale is (frank)ing awesome. Has everything. It really depends, you can get a good home in a nice area for $1,000,000 CAD. As long as they don’t look in Paradise valley. If they want something simple and they don’t care about a pool it could be half the price. Keep in mind Scottsdale is the richest suburb. The surrounding areas are cheaper

I'm beginning to think the cases are much higher and many are asymptomatic.

This is why I think we're probably (frank)ed until a vaccine is distributed, if people don't even know that they have it and can pass it on, there could be dozens of waves after this one and there's a possibility that with enough generations, the virus could mutate and become even more infectious and deadly.

No Sh!t lol. Even in BC people aren’t getting tested unless they have bad symptoms. The numbers are wayyyyyy higher everywhere.

I don’t know, 59,513 confirmed cases
And 8,503 currently hospitalized might have something to do with it.

I should mention Lefty, you make way more $ on single home rentals in Arizona. If you want an income property. Any strata (or gated community) for that matter won’t allow short term rentals. Way stricter than Canada. You can break even with a condo but if you want to make profit it has to be a house (assuming you have a mortgage of course )
