They've also clamped down way harder. A 5000 euro fine for being outside in Lombardy, rest of Italy is still at 200 euro fine. No outdoor exercising, dog walking further than 200m from your residence. No vending machines, one person per household in stores, nothing but vital construction. They're telling cops to check people's temps, as well as people who work in grocery stores and the like having their temps taken too.
