My reasoning is that I would like to get Ghost out there with a veteran defense first "safety net".

But yes, that requires us to shake up two pairs.

When the coaches prior to, and after Hakstol won Championships what does that mean? Did he have inferior players? He got to 7 Frozen Fours. How does he not win one? He had players like Zach Parise, Jonathan Toews and TJ Oshie on his teams. I disagree coaching at the best NCAA program and not being able to get the team a Championship despite coaching great players that is a red flag. He should have never been hired by the Flyers.

I agree, his NCAA record was somewhat questionable. 7 frozen fours without a championship and I believe he made it to the finals only once. In other words when his team played against the other top teams he failed consistently.

Alain Vigneault's NHL record is also somewhat questionable. In 11 playoff appearances, he lost in the Semis 4 times, quarterfinals twice, once in the first round and once in the 2nd round. He also lost in the Cup finals twice. In other words when his team played against the other top teams he also failed consistently.

But he took 2 different professional teams to the finals and actually MADE it to other rounds.

I understand he’s no Belichik, but that is t exactly an apples to apples comparison.

So in comparison making to other lesser rounds rather than the round with 4 teams left is better? In college they're all different teams as players can only stay 4 years or less. You didn't think your comment out very well. I think you missed the point.
